1) Express delivery service is not available to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping time does not include the 1-3 days of processing time required to process your order from the date it is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, it may take additional time due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.

4) If there are any shipping issues with your package, you must contact customer support within 30 days of placing your order.

Processing time:

We know what it's like to order something online and want to get it to you as quickly as possible. We ask that you give us 7 working days to process your order and prepare it for dispatch, however, we will make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as it arrives - meaning most packages will be dispatched the same day as your order .

Our dispatch times are Monday to Friday - any orders placed over the weekend or after our mail collection will be dispatched the next working day wherever possible.

Taxes:

Please note: When you order from outside your home country, there are almost always additional fees for receiving your package - these are the duties and import taxes you are responsible for paying (usually before you are allowed to pick up your package). Laws and taxes vary from country to country, and Travelbird cannot know in advance what these taxes and fees will be. Please be aware of this when placing your order, we don't want you to be surprised when your package shows up and you're owed extra money!
