Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

We keep full information about our products and provide lifetime maintenance for all products within two years.

PLEASE NOTE this warranty does not cover:

  • UV damage (e.g., discoloration, brittleness)
  • Elemental/accidental damage (e.g., damage from wind, burns, or animal bites)
  • Damage caused by improper care or use inconsistent with ENO product setup instructions, safety requirements, and care recommendations  (e.g., hanging over 18″, jumping, swinging)
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the 2 year warranty duration
  • Damage caused by after-market design modifications or alterations
  • Lost/stolen product
  • Replacement parts
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g., Craigslist sellers, unauthorized third-party sellers on Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
  • Used or previously-owned products (e.g., products purchased from REI Garage Sale)
  • Products where the product setup and care label has been removed from the product(s).

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

 


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
