The kit comes with two 9.8 foot tree straps made from tough 1000D polyester yarn, plus adjustable aluminum cinch buckles and UHMWPE continuous loops that feel solid and reliable. Everything packs into a compact storage sack, which keeps my backpack organized and prevents tangles on the trail.
What stands out most is the quality construction. The straps are rated for up to 330 pounds, with anti slip weaving that gives me real peace of mind when hanging between trees during hikes or backpacking trips. They are incredibly lightweight compared to bulkier options, shaving off noticeable weight from my setup, which is perfect for longer adventures where every ounce counts. Swapping out heavier carabiners for these was straightforward, and the zero stretch loops ensure a stable hang every time.
Setting them up takes seconds: just loop around the tree, adjust the buckles, and attach your hammock. It is simple enough for anyone, whether you are a seasoned camper or just getting into it. Overall, if you are looking to streamline your hammock accessories for camping or hiking, these deliver on ease, durability, and portability without overcomplicating things. Definitely worth adding to your kit.

Easier to use than whoopie slings, this system is easy to install and dial in. I also love the hooks on the buckles for attaching your under quilt.
You have plenty of length, and the straps are of a strong and durable material.
Five Stars ?????
When this arrived in such a tiny little bag, weighing nothing, I had my doubts as to whether it would work or not. Today I got a sunny day to take my lightweight hammock out and give it some use. As the instructions said, I attached the continuous loop and buckle to the ends of my hammock, wrapped the tree straps around a couple of trees, and though the buckle and hung the hammock. I tentatively got in, half expecting the whole thing to collapse under my weight, as I am 6'3" and 215 pounds. But, nope, it held and worked well. It's small enough that the whole thing fits right in my hammock's pouch. Super easy.
I was looking for extension to use with my hammock. This is very compact and light but holds heavy weights. I like it because it is so lightweight that I can easily carry when hiking , backpacking.
These are awesome, they took 13oz off my hammock, from 36oz to 23oz. I honestly didn't know how heavy the old hammock straps were until I compared with these, super light.
There were two surprises with this setup, one good one bad. The good is that it reduces bulk so much that the hammock easily fits into the stuff sack without any folding or wrapping. Before, I had to carefully roll the straps and fold the hammock or it would never fit. I'm very excited to be able to just cram it now. The bad is that without the heavy carabiners, there's no quick release to get access to the end of the straps to pass it through the loop after you wrap it around the tree. So every single time you tie off to a tree, you have to unthread and re-thread the buckle. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient. Absolutely love these overall, I should have done this years ago.
